Rising from 186 in 1995 to nearly 3000 this year alone, the increase is quite staggering.

As expected most of the £1+ million homes are located in Central London. However the Home Counties hold their fair share, with the town of Virginia Water in Surrey recently identified as having the highest percentage of £1m+ homes of any town outside London.
