Leading Spanish home builder Taylor Wimpey España has revealed its latest development – the stunning Harmony apartments at La Cala Golf Resort on the Costa del Sol. The development enjoys the highest location at La Cala, meaning the homes will deliver panoramic golf, sea and mountain views.
Harmony will provide 56 luxury homes spread across six buildings, including two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses and duplexes. It is the latest development resulting from the €120 million joint venture between Taylor Wimpey España and FBD Leisure (owners of La Cala), which has already delivered over 320 homes.

Available from €295,000 plus VAT, the bright, airy homes will offer open plan interiors that are filled with light. The site will also feature a large communal pool and pretty communal gardens. Ground floor homes will have private gardens, as well as terraces, and every property will have its own underground parking space and storage room.
The Taylor Wimpey España and FBD Leisure partnership will see a total of 1,000 homes built at La Cala over the course of the next decade. The resort, which TripAdvisor ranks as one of the ten best golf resorts in Spain for 2020, is a favourite with golfers across Europe, including a significant number of players from the UK.
