There were 21 categories in the awards ceremony, up to two of the most outstanding entries in each category were awarded with 4* and only the best overall entry was awarded the prestigious 5*. As Barton Wyatt has achieved the highest grade they will be put forward and rejudged for the Best International Property Awards later in the year.

This is the 3^rd year in a row that Barton Wyatt have achieved 5* for Best Surrey Estate Agent, with the first year achieving an excellent 4*.
